Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal or 1 pkg. corn bread mix (Jiffy)
Preparation
    Lightly cook broccoli.
    Chop into small pieces (not grated). Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
    Cut into squares. Serves 12.
