Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 medium or 3 small bananas, chopped
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs and undrained pineapple.
    Mix only by hand.
    Add bananas and nuts and mix again.
    Bake in a tube or Bundt pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    Let cool in pan 1 hour before removing to serving plate.
