Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cracker or bread crumbs
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. celery, minced
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 lb. crabmeat
    olive oil
    paprika
Preparation
    Pick through crabmeat to remove cartilage.
    Mix together all ingredients, except crabmeat, in medium bowl.
    Gently fold in crab.
    Shape into 8 crab cakes and place on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with paprika; place under preheated broiler until golden brown, about 7 minutes.
