Roasted Red Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red peppers
    fresh garlic
    olive oil
Preparation
    Place the peppers on a roasting tray and put in a 350\u00b0 oven. Turn the peppers until cooked on all sides (about 1 hour).
    When done, place the peppers in a paper bag.
    Wait a few minutes and then peel and slice the peppers into strips.
    Place in a bowl with fresh garlic and olive oil and let marinate.
