Salmon Loaf # 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 lb. can salmon, drained
    1/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. parsley, minced
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is crispy.
    (Mixture will look sloppy.)
    Good cold, too.
