Impossible Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cut up cooked turkey
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. green onions
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease pie plate (10 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch).
Beat remaining ingredients after you sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Refrigerate any remaining pie.
