Drop Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
1/3 c. milk or chicken stock
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add melted butter and milk. Blend together.
Batter should be moist and stiff.
Drop by teaspoon into boiling liquid.
Cover and cook 18 minutes.
Yields 1 dozen dumplings.
