Chicken Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    3 to 4 c. chicken broth
    1 can mushrooms, drained*
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 can French-style green beans, drained (medium size can)
    salt and pepper to season (if desired)
Preparation
    Cook chicken; save broth.
    Remove chicken from bone and cut in chunks.
    Saute chicken and mushrooms in butter or oleo. Add the chicken broth

    and
    bring this to a boil.
    Stir in Minute
    rice, then remove from heat.
    Cover for a few minutes before serving.
