Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini or 1 large
    2 to 3 tomatoes
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 slices Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    Layer sliced zucchini, sliced tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese.
    Repeat to fill dish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
