Huckleberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1 c. sour milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. huckleberries
Preparation
    Combine oats and sour milk. Let stand.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add egg and melted butter to oat mixture and mix well.
    Add dry ingredients and stir only until moistened.
    Fold in huckleberries.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
