Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. half and half
    1 bunch broccoli
    6 cubes chicken bouillon
    8 c. water
    1 large onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 stick oleo
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Put water and bouillon cubes in pot; boil until cubes are melted.
    Add chopped broccoli, onion and celery (celery is a must).
    Let boil until soft.
    Melt butter and add flour.
    Heat half and half in microwave, then add it to broccoli mixture.
    Add butter and flour mixture.
    Let simmer until it thickens.
    Add parsley and dash of black pepper.
    No salt is needed.
