Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 ripe mashed bananas
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs and banana.
    Beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
    Mix well and stir in nuts.
    Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour.
    Cool well and store overnight before cutting. Makes 1 loaf.
