Sweet-Sour Carrots(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    mint or dill (optional)
Preparation
    Peel carrots and cut into strips.
    Cook until just tender; drain.
    Add butter, sugar, vinegar and mint or dill.
    Cook until transparent.
    Serve hot or as a cold relish.
