Heavenly Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 cubes margarine
1-1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. chopped walnuts, plus more for topping
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 10-1/2 oz. container of Cool Whip
2 3-oz. pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour and margarine like pie crust, add nuts and press into bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes; cool.
Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in 1 c. Cool Whip then spread over crust.
Mix the pudding mix using only 3 c. milk, and beat until stiff; spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Chill well before serving.
