Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. water
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a bowl, combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
Mix well.
In another bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and sugar.
Gradually add dry mixture to liquids and mix well.
If you wish, stir in 1/2 cup nuts and/or raisins.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake for about 1 hour or until it springs back when lightly touched and sides of the loaf have pulled away from the pan.
