Cheese And Chile Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules
    dash of hot sauce
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
Preparation
    Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.
    If you use a food processor, use the knife blade.
    Drain the can of chiles.
    Gently stir in the last three ingredients.
    Chill well.
    If you wish, garnish with chile strip.
    Set out at room temperature before serving, about 10 to 15 minutes.
