Hawaiian Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck beef roast, cut in thin strips, partially frozen (easier to cut)
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. sugar
    1 heaping tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix together soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic powder.
    Add meat strips and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Cook on barbecue grill on bamboo sticks after draining.
