Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. salad dressing (fat free works good)
1/2 c. reduced calorie sour cream
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
few drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Mash beans with fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended, refrigerate.
Serve with tortilla chips.
