Gingersnap Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. ground gingersnaps (about 40)
1/4 c. granulated sugar
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Stir in gingersnaps and sugar.
Press evenly into the bottom of an oiled, 9-inch spring-form pan and freeze until needed.
