Japanese Fruitcake Pie(Makes 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 (9-inch) pie shells, uncooked
Preparation
    Mix
    butter,
    sugar and eggs together (after butter has cooled to
    room temperature).
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients
    and pour evenly into unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
