Japanese Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chicken
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. joshinko (rice flour)
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. shoyu sauce
    2 tsp. green onions
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients (except chicken).
    Add chicken, soak for 20 minutes and deep fry.
