Texas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. quick cooking rice
    1 single serving size envelope instant creamy chicken soup mix
    1 tsp. dried, minced onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole, combine the water, uncooked rice, soup mix and onion.
    Cover, cook on 100% power (High) for 4 to 5 minutes or until boiling.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.
