Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    Parmesan cheese
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Beat egg and 1 tablespoon water.
    Roll chicken in mixture, then in bread crumbs.
    Brown chicken in shortening.
    Pour off fat. Stir in soup, water, onion and seasonings.
    Cover and cook for 45 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
