Queen Victoria'S Soup(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (3 to 5 lb.) or 2 small chickens, cut up
    8 c. chicken stock
    1 bunch parsley
    3 c. fresh breadcrumbs
    4 c. heavy cream
    3 hard-boiled egg yolks, minced
Preparation
    Put the chicken in a large saucepan.
    Cover with the stock and parsley.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
