Pasta Con Presto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cloves garlic
    2 c. tightly packed stemmed Italian parsley
    1/2 oz. fresh basil
    3 oz. grated Parmesan, preferably imported
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop
    2
    cloves
    of
    garlic
    in
    food processor.
    While processor
    is still running add fresh Parmesan cheese, Italian parsley, pine nuts, fresh basil, salt and vegetable oil.
    When mixture is soft and pasty, spoon sauce over freshly cooked hot spaghetti and mix thoroughly.
    Add grated Parmesan as topping.
