Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can hot tamales, undrained
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation

Remove tamales from can, reserving liquid.
Remove husks from tamales, cut tamales in half crosswise and place in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Spoon reserved liquid over tamales.
Spread chili over tamales, and sprinkle with cheese. Top with corn chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serves 4.
