Hamburg Casserole With Cheesy Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/2 c. sweet peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    4 potatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. milk
    biscuit mix
Preparation
    Fry hamburg, onion and peppers.
    Let cool.
    Cook potatoes and celery and add milk and flour; cook until creamy.
    Place layer of potatoes, then layer of hamburg, ending with potatoes on top.
    Mix biscuit mix (buttermilk kind).
    Roll biscuit dough out flat and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Roll up like jelly roll and cut; place on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
