Ingredients

3-4 onions, thinly sliced
salt
pepper
season salt
3 Tbsp butter
1 lg can beef broth
croutons
provolone cheese slices
parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Add beef broth.
Cook and simmer. In soup bowls or crocks, place croutons, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Add soup and top with provolone cheese slices.
