Chili -- Quick And Easy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. country sausage
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large diced onion
1 medium bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
3 large cans tomatoes
2 cans (15 oz.) chili hot beans
Preparation

Brown sausage, ground beef, onion and pepper in large skillet. Drain off excess grease. Put mixture in a large pot; add chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes and beans. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
