Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix and roll into two rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove from wrap and place on broiler pan; cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
