Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

3 qt. popped corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. syrup
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix syrup, salt, vinegar, salt and pepper and butter in 2 quart pan.
Stir constantly; bring to a boil over medium heat until mixture reaches the hard crack stage 290\u00b0.
Add soda and mix well. Pour foamy mixture over corn.
