Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Soften butter; don't melt.
    Cream softened butter with sugar; beat well.
    Add flour, corn meal and eggs.
    Pour in buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
