Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs (slightly) and combine sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla slowly. Add milk. Mix well. Pour into 9-inch pie pan. Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Then in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
