Low-Fat Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. water
    1/2 pkg. frozen vegetables (regular or fiesta)
    1 qt. stewed tomatoes (20 oz.)
    1 celery, chopped or sliced thin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley leaves, chopped
Preparation
    Stir onion, cabbage and celery in water.
    Simmer until tender. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer.
    Serve the next day. (One pound of ground turkey may be added.)
