Polly'S Sour Cream Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs, add one at a time
    2 c. mashed ripe banana
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl, mixing well after each ingredient is added.
    In another bowl, sift together salt, soda, baking powder and flour.
    Add alternately with sour cream to first 6 ingredients.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake in two large loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
