Mom'S Special Party Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) low-fat cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. grated onion or onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise (light)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cut cheese in small pieces or grate and allow to come to room temperature.
    In mixing bowl, beat cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
    Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and parsley.
    Continue to beat until thoroughly blended.
    Shape into 2 balls.
    Roll in nuts.
    May garnish with olives, cherries or parsley.
    Freezes well.
