Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 can sliced peaches
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar together.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into margarine mixture with milk. Beat until smooth.
Pour into greased baking dish.
On top of the batter, place peach slices close together.
Pour about 1/4 cup of peach juice over the peaches and batter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with milk or ice cream.
