Jim'S Mother'S Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
pickling spice to taste

Preparation

Cook beets.
Peel and cut.
Pour liquid over and bring to boil, then put in jars and seal.
