Liver Pat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saut chicken livers and onions until done, but not browned. Cool slightly.
    Puree 1 cup at a time in blender.
    Stir in salt, dry mustard, pepper and butter.
    Refrigerate.
