Veal Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal cutlets (2 x 2-inch slices; 1/4-inch thick)
    1 egg
    milk
    grated Parmesan cheese
    butter or oil
    spaghetti sauce
    Mozzarella cheese
    seasoned bread crumbs (dry)
Preparation
    Pound cutlets until they reach 3 x 3-inch size.
    Dip meat into egg and milk mixture, then dip into 3/4 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle freely with Parmesan cheese; allow to stand 15 minutes.
    Saute in butter or oil until crisp (2 to 4 minutes, each side).
    Place in baking sheet, top with your favorite spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
    Place in preheated oven until cheese melts.
    Serves 4 to 5.
