Boursin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chives, snipped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and butter thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers.
