Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 egg
4 to 5 c. flour
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl.
Heat milk and oil in saucepan over low heat until warm.
Add 1 egg and warm liquid to flour mixture; beat 1/2 minute at low speed and 3 minutes at medium speed.
By hand, gradually stir 2 cups flour, Cheddar cheese and 2 to 3 cups more flour until soft dough.
Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Punch down dough.
Shape into rolls. Place in greased pan.
Cover; let rise 15 to 20 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
