Peppermint Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. graham crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    2/3 c. butter
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 gal. peppermint ice cream
    chocolate fudge sauce
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and butter and spread in bottom of
    9
    x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Melt chocolate and butter
    (let cool). Add sugar, yolks, pecans and vanilla.
    Beat whites until stiff and fold
    into above mixture.
    Pour over crumbs
    and
    freeze. Spread ice
    cream over chocolate mixture.\tDrizzle
    chocolate sauce over mixture and freeze.
