Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. hot milk
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Add all ingredients, except egg whites.
    Mix well.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in buttered mold in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
