White Conch Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large conch, mantle included, pounded
    2 slices bacon, chopped
    2 onions chopped
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    2 potatoes, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    3 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    pinch cayenne pepper
    pinch rosemary
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can (6 oz.) evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pound and dice conch.
    Fry bacon, saute onions, add conch and all other ingredients except the milk.
    Simmer for one hour, add milk and heat.
