1/4 c. instant onion
1 tsp. instant minced garlic
water
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed or 1 lb. pizza dough
4 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Combine onion and garlic with an equal amount of water; set aside 10 minutes to soften.
Fit dough into a greased 12-inch round pizza pan.
Brush dough with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Sprinkle dough with salt and reserved onion and garlic. Dribble remaining 2 tablespoons oil over top of dough.
Bake until dough and onion is browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut into wedges.
