Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk or sour cream
dash of Tabasco
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Marinate cabbage, carrots, sugar and milk in refrigerator overnight.
Drain well.
Mix cabbage with mayonnaise, buttermilk or sour cream, Tabasco, onion and celery seed.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Serves 4.
