Hot (Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. chicken broth
    1 large onion
    1 can pureed tomatoes
    black pepper
    ground cayenne pepper
    sliced lemon
    salt
Preparation
    Slice a large onion and boil until tender in chicken broth; strain and throw away onion.
    Return to heat.
    Add one (more if needed) can of pureed tomatoes.
    Stir.
    To add a little color and taste, season with some black pepper and ground cayenne.
    Simmer. Pour into cup over a slice of lemon.
    Strips of corn tortillas dropped in are good.
