Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 scant Tbsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 cakes or envelopes yeast
    2 eggs
    6 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
    Cream shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add boiling water and cool to lukewarm.
    Add well beaten eggs, yeast mixture and flour; mix well.
    Place in refrigerator at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
    Make into rolls.
    Let rise 2 hours in warm place.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
