Tortellini Alla Checca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cheese tortellini
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 tomatoes, diced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 bunch basil, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package.
    In large saute pan, heat olive oil.
    Add tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice and basil. Saute gently for 5 minutes.
    Add cooked tortellini, butter, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Gently toss.
    Serve.
